      To setup this Feature, please log in to your account and check the Control Panel. Click on Speed Dial, select the digit from the menu and insert the number you wish to save along with a contact name. Click on Save once the information is entered.
    • How can I be sure I won't run out of credit?
      You can activate Auto Recharge and never run out of credit. The account will be automatically recharged once your balance drops below $5. For more details please view our features page.
    • How can I setup Auto Recharge?
      To setup this feature, please login to your account and check the Control Panel. Click on Auto Recharge and set the feature to Active. Add your payment details and select the amount you wish to add automatically and click on Save.
    • How can I cancel Auto Recharge?
      To cancel this option, please login to your account and check Control Panel. Click the edit button for the feature and select the status "Inactive". Once you click save, credit will no longer be recharged automatically.
    • How do I skip all the prompts?

      You will be able to check the SMS history for the last 30 days in your online Call Records. If the status of an SMS is “failed” this means that it was not sent and you will not be charged for it.
